How do I rack mount my XR series duplicator? What rack should I use? Any Standard 19" Wide Rack will work. The XR series duplicators only require a half rack instead of full rack but both will work. Half Rack refers to the depth of the rack. If you are installing a standard server with an XR duplicator we recommend of full rack since most servers require this depth.
Specifically, Primera recommends:
Kendall-Howard 19" Portable Rack system. Manufacturer Part Number - 1920-3-000-20A. This is a 20 U half rack. 20U refers to the height of the system. The actual dimensions are 21" X 38.31" X 20". You will need to purchase Cage nuts to mount rails for servers or the shelves for the XR series duplicators. The Primera rack mount kit for XR or XRP comes with the screws to mount.
